The staff from start to finish were helpful. The hotel's location was unbeatable, not far from a la carte restaurants. Also, we could visit Sunnet Lake, it was 15 minutes' drive away.

I really loved the comfy bed in the room I stayed in – made it hard to leave in the morning. 🛌 Having a shower, hairdryer, and soft robes ready to go was a great touch. the view of the sea from the room was absolutely breathtaking! 🌊

Great staff, especially Elif and Tunahan. Spacious room, nice shower, comfy bed. Rich breakfast buffet. Good variety of food. All-inclusive restaurants, Nautilus and Patisserie, were a hit. Comfortable pool area. Family-friendly with kids club and pools. Well-equipped for babies. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Incredible Location, Outstanding Staff, Unforgettable Experience!
From the moment we arrived at this modern hotel, we were blown away by the beautiful facilities and the warm welcome from the staff. The gym and adult pool were jaw-droppingly amazing, and I couldn't resist taking a dip. The food, while not mind-blowing, was still excellent in quality. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service from the entire staff. Elif, our guide, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The kids club, led by Aisha, Melike, and the rest of the team, was super helpful and made our little ones feel right at home. The fitness center offered classes all day long, and we loved taking advantage of that. The servers at all the restaurants, including Firat, Hussein, Tahir, Arab. Special mention goes to Ramadhan, the bell boy, who made us feel so welcomed. In summary, our stay was an 11 out of 10, and we can't wait to go back and experience it all over again.

As soon as I arrived, I felt like a VIP with the amazing service and luxury amenities available at this hotel. the beautiful spa and wellness center allowed me to relax and recharge while enjoying the sauna and swimming pool. the delicious meals served at the restaurant and poolside snack bar were top-notch, and the exclusive sun terrace provided a stunning view of the beach and ocean.
this minor inconvenience did not detract from the otherwise excellent experience at this hotel with its world-class facilities and breathtaking location.

During my business trip, I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I liked their efficient service and quick response to any request. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, situated near the main commercial and business hubs. the hotel offered a great breakfast buffet with a good variety of dishes. I also appreciated the comfortable and spacious rooms, providing a relaxing environment.
Although the hotel had some great aspects, there were also some negative points. The hotel was quite noisy, and I could hear everything happening in the hallway and next door.

We had an okay-ish experience at this hotel, but the location on the coast was great. the room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the pool. the bathroom was clean, and the shower was spacious. the staff was very welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of options. the pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxation with a comfortable sunbed.
The vegetarian selection was limited and not diverse outside the main restaurant.
